For the first time GOD Y uses on this track a drum computer. It’s not a high quality thing, even so the piano. GOD Y loves simple and easy things. The callenge is to find on such gear a cool and suitable sound. That’s what GOD Y loves. But not every gear is low quality: For the recording of «via garilli three» he used his custom made ROHAN guitar and ROHAN bass. Rohan Olagamage is also a founding member of Ikarus Records and he is making custom guitars and basses out of reused wood. As learned drummer GOD Y uses a vintage Gretsch drum. All the instruments on «via garilli three» were played and recorded by GOD Y at Cielo Malo studio. Benjamin Schmid has done again the beautiful mix. He is also a founding member of Ikarus Records and plays as Rohan Olagamage in the band called DUARA.
Dan Suter of Echochamber in Zurich has done the mastering.
